Current Work to Support Flexibility
The Our HIPPY, Our Community project is examining how HIPPY is delivered locally and where natural flexing already occurs. Insights from this work will guide the development of small but meaningful refinements that support delivery while remaining within licence requirements.
In 2026 we will be in a position to share documented examples of flexing already happening across sites, to demonstrate how the model is responsive in different community contexts while still holding firmly to the five essential features.
In addition, in 2026 we will introduce dedicated forums to elevate practice across the network, unpack what flexibility looks like in real terms, and demonstrate practical ways the model is responsive in the local context. These sessions will be timetabled early to facilitate easier site engagement.
