Can the ETO feedback section on packs be reinstated? This would allow for real time feedback on concerns with the packs so HA can plan to rectify or act on as soon as possible, rather than waiting for sites to email in their feedback.
The ETO feedback section on the Packs will not be reinstated at this stage. Although we understand the desire for real‑time feedback, the previous feedback fields in ETO did not provide useful or actionable information for sites or for HIPPY Australia. Because of this, the feedback approach was redesigned rather than reinstated.
The Pack Delivery form still collects feedback from families in a free‑text format, which allows flexibility without adding unnecessary reporting load.
For concerns or curriculum issues that need fast action, directly emailing HIPPY Australia remains the quickest way for the National Office team to see and respond to feedback. Feedback submitted through ETO takes time to collate and analyse, which means it cannot be used as an immediate response channel.
We will continue to look for ways to improve how feedback is collected, while avoiding duplication and keeping the workload manageable for sites.
