Consider combining delivery and gathering enrichment forms

We acknowledge the administrative load on Coordinators and Tutors, and understand the desire to streamline documentation where possible.

At present, the Pack Delivery and Gathering Enrichment forms remain separate because they meet different reporting requirements for DSS. When we report on Gatherings, the focus is on event attendees and enrichment activities. Pack Delivery reporting is child‑focused, and the Pack Delivery data is separate from the data collected at Gatherings.

We are reviewing whether these processes can be simplified or aligned in a way that reduces duplication without affecting data quality or compliance. As part of our broader continuous improvement work focused on streamline administration activities, we will:

• assess whether the two forms can be merged or partially integrated
• confirm any implications for data collection, ETO reporting, and QA
• consult with a small number of sites currently trialling local simplifications
• provide an update to the network once this assessment is complete
