Entering a Pack Delivery touchpoint

This form and touchpoint records delivery of a HIPPY activity pack at a home visit or Gathering as well as a review of the family's engagement with the previous pack. The touchpoint is also used for the children of Tutors attending Tutor Training in the same year as they're being trained.

Do NOT use this form for:

• Attempted deliveries without pack role-play with the family. In this case, a family support form should be completed.
• Recording delivery at HIPPY Gatherings (use the Gathering enrichment form)
• Recording delivery for a Tutor’s child who is a current HIPPY participant (use the Tutor training form).

There is a Pack Delivery form Guide available on the LMS in ETO Forms and Information section that will provide guidance about how this form must be filled out.

Pack Delivery for participants should be entered within a fortnight of completing delivery. If you have outstanding paperwork to enter for HIPPY participants and ETO is now locked, please send it through to the ETO helpdesk so that the ETO team can enter it on your behalf.

Go to HIPPY Delivery Dashboard menu -> HIPPY delivery -> HIPPY Child -> Pack Delivery

Step 1: On the Record Touchpoint page select the name of the child you are taking the touchpoint for by ticking the box next to the child's name and select Continue. Then in the Participants tab click on the child's name to go to the Pack Delivery page.

Step 3: Enter the date of delivery at the top of the touchpoint

Step 4: Complete all fields using the information recorded on the Pack delivery form and Save
