What is the enrolment deadline for 2026?
The standard deadline for enrolment data entry into ETO is the end of May each year. Enrolments should be entered within 10 business of the activity. For sites that need additional time, the enrolment cut-off this has been extended to 30 June 2026.
Why was the enrolment cut-off date extended?
The extension recognises that some sites are experiencing recruitment challenges due to:
- Cost-of-living pressures affecting families
- Families returning to work
- Other competing commitments
It also aims to:
- Provide a more achievable timeframe

- Continue active recruitment efforts
