Site advisors provide different information to different sites

There will be times when Site Advisors give different advice because each site has its own context. However, it is important that we provide nationally consistent information when needed. To improve role clarity and information consistency across the Network in the short term, we are focusing on:

  • reinforcing when Site Advisors’ advice must align with national guidance
  • delivering Site Advisor training in 2026, including workshops that focus on consistency and role clarity
  • sharing updates with sites and Site Advisors at the same time, with clear messages and clear purpose

This approach supports greater consistency while maintaining stability during the program review period.
