Information to sites is delayed or there is no notification of updates (e.g., ETO forms)
We know that delayed or unannounced updates, including updates to ETO forms, add extra work, cause confusion and make planning and reporting harder for sites. We are committed to providing clear, proactive and timely communication. In 2026 we aim to strengthen our communication systems, especially around updates, to make sure changes are communicated in a timely and consistent manner. We will use our existing communication channels to provide both advance notice and formal launch updates.
More details about strengthened change management communication processes will be shared through the Network Newsletter once we have reviewed and agreed on the system changes needed to support a better way of working.
