We know that delayed updates, or updates shared without notice, can make planning and reporting harder for sites. They can also create extra work and uncertainty, especially when changes affect tools such as ETO forms.
We are committed to improving this.
In 2026, we will focus on making communication about updates more timely and consistent. Our aim is to give sites earlier notice of changes, clearer information about what is changing, and confirmation when updates are in place.
We will use existing communication channels to support this, and we will share more detail through the Network Newsletter once the updated communication process has been finalised.
