Improving clarity about roles and responsibilities

We understand that there can sometimes be confusion about the different roles of Coordinators, Line Managers, Site Advisors and HIPPY Australia National Office staff.


Clear role definitions are important so that everyone understands their responsibilities, works well together, and knows where to go for advice or decisions.


For Line Managers, Coordinators and Tutors, the HIPPY Sublicence and Funding Agreement (link to LMS) remains the primary source for role clarification. 


There are also supporting guidelines on the LMS, particularly for recruitment and position description purposes. These are tabled below
