We understand the concern that different sites may sometimes receive different advice from Site Advisors.
Some of this reflects the fact that sites operate in different contexts and may need support that fits local circumstances. However, where national guidance applies, information should be clear and consistent across the network.
To support this, we are focusing on:
- reinforcing when advice needs to align with national guidance
- delivering Site Advisor training in 2026, including a focus on consistency and role clarity
- making sure sites and Site Advisors receive updates at the same time, with clear messages and a clear reason for the communication
Our aim is to improve consistency while also maintaining stability during the program review period.
