No. You can indicate that two packs were delivered at one visit only by entering two Pack Delivery touchpoints with the same date. Page 40 of the ETO User Guide gives specific instructions for this. You can find the ETO User Guide available on the LMS and the Support dropdown menu on ETO's HIPPY Service Delivery home page.

Essentially, you will need to enter two Pack Delivery touchpoints with the same date, but you can only enter one book for each. We can't allow two packs to be selected on one touchpoint because it would require all the Pack Reflection options to be duplicated when a second pack is selected, which causes the touchpoint to fail when saving. Essentially, it makes the touchpoint so big and complicated it breaks.
