When are my sublicence reports due?

Under the HIPPY Sublicence and Funding Agreement, each site must complete several reporting activities in line with due dates specified in the HIPPY Data Collection Guide. 

The Data Collection Guide is found: 

• on the ETO information and forms page on the HIPPY Online Library in the LMS
• in the ETO database, on the HIPPY Delivery Dashboard home page

Sublicence reports that must be entered include:

• Biannual Coordinator reports
• Biannual Line Manager reports
• Annual Financials report
• Annual Budget report
• Biannual Actuals report

All Sublicence reporting is submitted through the Quality and Sublicence Dashboard > Site Operations.
