Can you improve quality and safety of HA-provided resources (e.g., better pencils and draw string bags have no quick release to prevent choking)
Thank you for bringing to our attention the Occupational Health and Safety risks associated with these merchandise items. We take such matters seriously and greatly appreciate your highlighting potential concerns. The resources provided in 2026 will be the same as those provided in 2025 however, in 2026 we will review the products considering comments about quality, usefulness and safety.
