Your HIPPY training requirements will depend on whether you are a Line Manager, Coordinator or Tutor. By completing this training, we are ensuring that each HIPPY staff member is equipped to succeed in their role.
There are three types of training requirements:
- Pre-service training at the commencement of your HIPPY role (Coordinators and Tutors only)
- LMS modules, and
- other ad hoc training.
Which LMS modules are mandatory?
The requirements for completing the LMS modules are different for each HIPPY role. Not all of the courses a staff member is enrolled in are mandatory. Some optional courses will be made available for information purposes.
