The HIPPY Support Portal is your one-stop place for all your support needs. It has two main functions:
- requesting support from HIPPY Australia
- searching for articles on a range of topics
Requesting support from HIPPY Australia
To request support from HIPPY Australia, use the Submit a ticket link at the top of the portal.
You will then be presented with a form to complete as shown below.
Top tips for completing this form:
- Use the Add CC button to include in your support request, such as your Site Advisor
- Don't forget to include your HIPPY site so we know where you're contacting us from
- Select the most appropriate topic from the drop down list (or choose other) as this will help us know who to direct your query to
- Use a clear and descriptive subject - this will also provide you with some possibly helpful articles in the Related articles section on the right
- Put as much detail as possible in the main body of your query to ensure we are able to resolve your query as fast as possible
- Feel free to add any attachments (including screenshots) you think will be helpful
When you have finished, Submit.
Searching for articles
Use key words to search for a range of different topics relating to an area of HIPPY operations.
If you have a particular topic in mind, use the search bar to see any related articles. In this example, the search bar is returning topics related to ETO. Click View all to see the full list, as only a selection will be listed.
Final tips
- Feel free to suggest any articles or support topics you feel would be helpful to others
- If you are shown an image in an article, click on it to view it full-sized
- Click the HIPPY Australia logo at the top of the page to be taken to the HIPPY website
