Please ensure you read the instructions tab prior to filling out the template and ensure you complete all sections as required, including any comments.
This template allows you to complete the following reports:
FY Budget
Annual Financials
Jul-Dec and Jan-Jun Biannual Actuals
Once you have completed the relevant report, the Line Manager must submit this on ETO.
